2-Phase Closed-Loop Stepper Drivers for Precise Motion

Runcin 2-phase closed-loop stepper drivers use encoder feedback to improve positioning accuracy and motion stability. The range includes five models for single-axis and dual-axis control. Therefore, machine builders can select a driver based on voltage, current, motor size and axis requirements.

Closed-loop vector control helps maintain torque at higher speeds. It also reduces missed steps, vibration and motor heat. In addition, the drivers provide protection against electrical faults and excessive position deviation. These features support reliable operation in demanding OEM equipment.

Single-Axis Drivers for Flexible Machine Design

The R2C1760 closed-loop stepper driver suits two-phase NEMA 23 systems. It supports DC 20โ€“50V input and delivers up to 6A peak current. Moreover, engineers can set subdivisions from 200 to 51200 pulses per revolution.

The R2C2460 driver provides similar voltage and current options. However, it adds convenient dial-switch settings for current tuning, loop selection and pulse-edge selection.

For higher-voltage installations, consider the R2C3460 closed-loop driver. It accepts DC or AC power and supports pulse frequencies up to 200 kHz. As a result, it fits larger machines that need faster command response.

Dual-Axis Control and Product Selection

Dual-axis models reduce the number of separate drivers in multi-motor systems. The R2C2356-2A supports independent or synchronous pulse control for two axes. Meanwhile, the R2C3480-2A reaches 8A peak current and supports both AC and DC input.

These drivers suit CNC machines, engraving equipment, laser systems and automated assembly lines. They also support medical and electronic processing equipment.

Before choosing a model, compare voltage, peak current, subdivision range and axis count. Also confirm the encoder type and matching motor specifications.
